Negative and questions: don't / doesn't · Do / Does
Add don't or doesn't for negatives, and put Do or Does before the subject for questions. The verb stays in base form (no -s) in both:

No -s in the negative:
"She doesn't likes coffee" ✗ → "She doesn't like coffee" ✓. The -s moves from the verb to the auxiliary: she works → she doesn't work.

do / does — summary:
Affirmative: I/you/we/they work — he/she/it works (verb gets -s).
Negative: I don't work — she doesn't work (no -s on verb).
Question: Do you work? — Does she work? (no -s on verb).
