Rule:
From 4th onwards, most ordinals add -th to the cardinal (four → fourth, six → sixth). Exceptions: first, second, third, fifth (/fɪfθ/), eighth (/eɪtθ/), ninth (/naɪnθ/), twelfth (/twelfθ/).
