Hi, my name is Billy, and I am currently living in South Africa. And my question today is, am I a house owner or am I a tenant? So, simple answer, I am a tenant. I think it's a lot of work to be a house owner, and also it's very expensive. I would need a little bit more saving to be able to get there. I don't know. In South Africa, property is kind of expensive, but you can get decent properties, but it needs a bit more planning and a little bit more of the money aspect and credits and everything. So I'm very happy to be a tenant because there's also less responsibility on my side if anything's broken or whatever. I can ask my house owner or my landlord to fix it, especially if it was there when I arrived. Okay, so that's me. What about you? Would you like to be a house owner? Or maybe you are a house owner. Are you enjoying it? Or if you're not a house owner, are you enjoying being a tenant? Let me know. Bye.
