Hi, I'm Simon. I'm from the UK, and the question in front of me right now is what do you do to manage stress? Well, one of the things that I like to do when I'm stressed is I like to get out into the great outdoors. I love hiking. I like walking up mountains, and I also love to fish. For me, one of the greatest ways to manage my own stress levels and to calm myself down is to go out into the great outdoors, to a lake or by the sea with my fishing rod and try and catch my dinner. There's nothing better when you're out there in any environment. It doesn't matter whether it's sunny or if it's raining, as long as I'm by myself and I can just be surrounded by nature and be close to water. Whether I catch fish or not is not important. It's just being out there. It does do miracles for my stress levels, and that's how I managed to bring my stress levels down is by going outside and fishing.
